Information and Purchasing Habits of Travelers
PRIVACY POLICY
Google Spain, S.L., in accordance with current legislation regarding protection of personal information, informs the users of lookinside.travel of its Personal Information Protection policy that will be applied when processing personal information provided by users when they access, use, and/or register on lookinside.travel.
Google Spain, S.L. guarantees confidential processing of users' personal information, as well as, according to what has been established in article 9 of the constitutional law 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of personal information, that technical and organizational measures have been adopted for the security of personal information and to avoid their alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, taking into account the state of technolgy, the nature of the information stored and the risk they are exposed to, whether from human action or by physical or natural means.
Moreover, Google Spain, S.L. informs the user that the facilities, systems and files where personal information is stored meet the security measures established in the Royal Decree 994/1999, of June 11, in which security measures applicable to automatic files including personal information were approved.

Google Spain, S.L. Informs the users of lookinside.travel that the IP address from which they access the lookinside.travel server, the date and time of access, as well as the pages visited that are hosted on that server, will be collected and stored in the LOG file and will be processed by Google Spain, S.L. In order to count the number of visits lookinside.travel receives and to create statistics.
REGISTER OF USERS
The users' personal information in the lookinside.travel register of users is subject to automated processing and is included in a file including personal information under Google Spain, S.L.'s responsibility, duly registered with the Information Protection Agency with the name Users of lookinside.travel.
Said information must be real, exact, complete and up-to-date; the user is the only responsible party for any direct or indirect damage that could be caused to Google Spain, S.L. or any third party due to falseness, inaccuracy, insufficiency or if said information is not up-to-date..
Users and visitors to the portal will be informed as to the obligatory or nonobligatory nature of providing all and each one of the personal details that are requested of them on the login and registration forms for the services and/or contents offered on the web site. They will be notified when the details are being collected through visual notices such as pop up windows, asterisks or symbols next to the information requested, or other means similar to those mentioned. Refusing to provide requested information, delivery of incorrect or incomplete information could cause inadequate, unefficient, or defective service, or the the failure to provide services and/or content offered to users and visitors.
In the event that the user is a minor, be advised that he must obtain previous authorization from the adult who is responsible for him in order to provide the personal information that is requested. Google Spain, S.L is free of any responsibility with respect to the meeting of this requirement. Google Spain, S.L. will never use these details for purposes unsuitable for the age of the minor, but will do so in accordance with the age, knowledge and maturity of this audience, and will never obtain information relative to or related to the economic situation or the intimacy of his family members. Google Spain, S.L will provide parents or guardians the option to exercise their right to access, cancel, recitify or oppose the information about their children or wards and will encourage minors to consult with them before providing this information. In the event that they are minors under 14, they must provide Google Spain, S.L with written permission from their parents, guardians or legal representavies, consenting to the processing of their information.
The objective of the collection and processing of personal details on lookinside.travel is:
- (I) is the identification of the user in order to provide more personalized attention;
- (II) the administration, study and improvement of services offered;
- (III) the study and design of new services based on users' preferences.

The owner of the information can excercise his right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose it according to the terms collected in the information protection legislation, before Google Spain, S.L. at any time. In any case, the user's consent for the processing and transfer of his personal information will be revocable at all times, a written note to the person in charge of the file at the Promotion address in Madrid will be sufficient for this. Said note should be sent in the format of a letter signed by the owner of the information, indicating his address and including a copy of his National Identification Document or another documente proving his identity.
Personal information provided to Google Spain, S.L. will not be handed over to third parties without its owner's authorization, except in cases expressly foreseen by law, and given that the requirements set forth by law be met.
USE OF "COOKIES"
In order to speed up the service provided, identifying each user as quickly as possible, Google Spain, S.L. may find the use of "Cookies" necessary for the correct operation of lookinside.travel. This tool, installed on the hard drive of thes user's computer system, is used to store and later retrieve certain information relative to the use of lookinside.travel, however, it does not collect any personal information that would allow for the identification of the user.

Google Spain, S.L.by virtue of Law 34/2002, of July 11 covering Information Society Services and e-Commerce, will be no means send advertising and sales communications or other information of a commercial nature to users without their previous request or consent. Moreover, Google Spain, S.L. will not send messages that have not been requested or for which consent has not been previously granted, nor will it send chains of emails that have not been requested or for which consent has not been previously granted.

Privacy Policy Modifications
Google Spain S.L. may modify the Privacy Policy depending on legislative demands, rules, or in order to adapt said policy to instructions accounced by the Spanish Agency for Information Protection, so we advise users to view the policy periodically.
